Shipping Policy
We're boxing up your goodies and handing them off to our trusty courier friends. They'll zip through traffic and leap tall buildings to get your order to you. Here's what you need to know:
- For those of you living nearby, your order will be on its way in 1-2 days and should be at your doorstep in 3 to 7 days.
- For those in farther flung areas, your package might take a scenic 9-14 day tour before it arrives.
- If we discover we can't deliver to your address, we'll let you know.
Sometimes stuff happens, like global pandemics or big fancy summits, that might slow us down a bit.
Our delivery folks will be bringing joy to doorsteps from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day, except when they're off watching the fireworks on public holidays.
Not often but on a few rare occasions we might need to verify your identity before delivery. If you're out living your best life, you can ask someone else to sign for it. But remember, once they've signed, we can't be responsible for what happens to your goodies.
If your package arrives looking like it's been through a wrestling match, let us know within 48 hours.
Lastly, there are some costs for shipping and handling that depend on different things like what you've ordered and how much it weighs. We'll make sure you know about these during checkout, before you pay.
