Refund Policy

Return & Exchange policies: 

Wonderr accepts Returns and Exchange under the below scenarios only. 

If the item received is damaged when received, kindly contact us on support@wonderr.in or 9810459210, within 48 hours of receiving the order. Raise your Returns/Exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

1. If the item mismatch, if we pack different color or size then we will refund/replace based on stock.
2. If the items are damaged in transit we will refund/ replace if the items are in stock. Based on the pictures sent by customer we will take a call on this. Decision of our team in this regard is final.
3. If the customer contacts after 48 hours for returns/replacement, Wonderr will not be catering these requests.
4. If customer cancels the order /rejects it during delivery (Paid order) after the item is shipped then we will deduct the shipping amount and refund the remaining amount.
5. If the pin code does not have COD (cash on delivery) option then customer has to pay online first and then we will dispatch the item.
6. If the contact information is incomplete / customer does not pick our support team call and confirm the order, we will keep the order on hold.
7. If warranty-related concerns arise, Wonderr reserves the right to either issue a refund or facilitate a product exchange based on individual circumstances as determined by our customer support team following a thorough investigation. The resolution reached by Wonderr shall be considered conclusive in such instances.
8. We are not responsible for any delays by courier companies during unavoidable situation. However, our support team always helps to solve the issue. 
9. We are not responsible if you over pay the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.
10. Courier companies make 3 attempts to deliver items. If the customer fails to receive the items, the product will return back to us. We deduct the shipping charge and refund remaining amount in this case of paid orders.
11. In any case if customer does not attend the items (out of town) we will deduct the shipping charge and refund the remaining amount for paid orders.
